As champions of the power of science, we want to take this time to thank all those involved in fighting this virus, both those in the lab and on the front lines. We take pride in knowing that our equipment will help train the next generation of spectroscopists that can make a similar difference in the world, whether that be by testing the most promising pharmaceuticals or analyzing the chemicals that can help prevent something like this from happening to our children’s children.

We look forward to watching society come together as one again in the upcoming months, but before we sign off, we want to leave you with a message we’ve been only half-jokingly telling each other via our pet-filled, sweatshirt-clad Zoom meetings; when the world is at its darkest, spectroscopy will always be there to shed a little light.
